This LifeStraw 2-Stage Replacement Filter is suitable for use with the original LifeStraw Go Water Bottle and LifeStraw Go 2-Stage Water Bottle. It filters up to 4000L and removes 99.9999% of waterborne bacteria and 99.9% of waterborne protozoan parasites. The long-lasting membrane microfilter lasts up to 1,000 gallons (4,000 L) and will stop allowing water to flow through once it’s reached the end of its lifetime. The activated carbon filter lasts up to 26 gallons (100 L) of water with proper use and maintenance.

How it works:

• Stage 1: Hollow fibre membrane removes 99.9999% of bacteria (E. coli) and removes 99.9% of protozoa (Giardia, Cryptosporidium, etc.)
• Stage 2: Activated carbon capsule is used to reduce chlorine, bad odour and taste as well as reducing organic chemical matter
