Crafted for the master tramper
Recommended for the expert tramper, the Masters Speedster Calu Aluminium Hiking and Trekking Pole boasts excellent technical features and extreme compactness, measuring only 52cm with closed sections. The Speedster consists of four sections 18mm, 16mm, 14mm, and 12mm in diameter and locks into place using the Masters Wing Lock cam system in the first section. The remaining sections are held in place by Masters Blocking System with twist lock technology ensuring a strong, snug fit. The top two sections consist of Calu Tech aluminium alloy, and the bottom two sections 100% full carbon fibre. This combination guarantees lightness, strength and flexibility.
Calu Tech
Calu Tech aluminium alloy is the combination of aircraft grade 7075 aluminium alloy and pure carbon which creates a flexible, yet strong, light-weight alloy.
The Masters Speedster Calu Aluminium Hiking and Trekking Pole also comes with the Palmo grip which has a light strap with minimal buckle. The new blocking system Wing Lock is easy to use and facilitates easy and quick adjustment. Additionally, the new Tip-Top system carbide tip provides a strong sturdy connection with the terrain and the supplied mud basket is easily replaced with a quick twist to lock it in place.
