The Metz SS-10 Marine VHF Antenna with Magnetic Mount provides both sail and powerboat mariners with an alternate to large white fibreglass antennas for VHF/FM marine radio. It's less costly, more durable and less likely to require replacement than fibreglass antennas. The SS-10 is a slim stainless steel 34" whip mounted to a nickel-plated post into a 1 1/2 diameter stainless steel coil. It will outperform conventional fibreglass antennas hands down.
