Fast and easy

Specially designed for speed and efficiency, the Hal-Lock Outrigger Pulley with patented technology allows you to lock your halyard in place quickly with one hand. This means no more leaning over the rail to undo wire or rubber bands and no resetting your spread, keeping you focused on finding that trophy. And because of Hal-Lock's unique ability to lock, very little tension is required on the shock cord, allowing you to get your clip up and back down with less effort. Finally, you don't have to rig up a configuration using rubber bands, wire and swivels. Just leave it to Hal-Lock and the job is much more safe, efficient and easy.

The HL2 Double Line Pulley is used with double drop back riggers.

Hal-Lock Outrigger Pulley Features:
  • Used with double drop back riggers
  • No more leaning over the rail with both hands to secure halyards with wire or rubber bands
  • Simple one-handed operation keeps you firmly planted on the deck and fishing a consistent spread
  • Made of UV resistant nylon
  • Stainless steel hardware to give you years of reliable use
  • Corrosion resistant materials
  • Best suited to outrigger halyards of 2mm diameter mono or 2.43mm diameter braided cord
  • Length: 30cm

Note: Do not use as a general purpose pulley.
