Quick-change hitch ball conversion system, no tools needed
Spend less time changing your hook-up and more time towing! The basic Convert-A-Ball Stainless Steel Tow Ball Kit matches two sizes of balls (1 7/8" and 2") with an appropriate 1" shank. The basic Convert-A-Ball system shank comes to fit in either a 1" hole in your bumper or ball mount. Each shank comes with a lock washer, cotter pin and nut. Balls are equipped with non-removable pins.
Install the shank on the hitch, and when you need to convert to a different size, just slip another ball on, lock it and tow away.
Safety Features
The interchangeable ball systems are built for towing safety. The pin is NON-REMOVABLE to prevent improper hook-ups or accidental disconnects. The 2-5/16" ball is manufactured specifically NOT to fit on a 3/4" shank. Do not try to force the ball onto the shank.
