With a smooth spinning action, you'll never have to worry about getting your lines all twisted. Kilwell swivels are made from corrosion resistant brass then painted black to avoid toothy fish like Barracuda attacking the swivel. It is best to match your swivel size to your line size, as a rule of thumb the line diameter should be the same as the wire diameter on the swivel.
