Use the left side of the ceramic stove for boiling and the right side for simmering on slightly lower temperatures. There's no need to carry bulky, hazardous propane tanks, as diesel fuel can be fed directly from the fuel tank of your boat or camper. This is particularly important in small spaces, where every inch is valuable. When the blower lid is lowered down, it blows warm, dry air into the galley.
