The Daiwa 22 Free Swimmer 10000 BR Spinning Reel is built off a strong and sturdy carbon composite frame and Air Rotor. The internals have been carefully sealed through careful design and implementation of rubber seals to make the 22 Free Swimmer a true saltwater Bite N’ Run reel.
Bite N’ Run
Bite N’ Run is a key technology for keen live or dead bait anglers allowing fish to take baits under minimal line tension to ensure a solid hook set is achieved. The rear drag can be easily adjusted to provide optimum tension for each scenario.

Braiding X technology further enhances rod performance by increasing wall strength and reducing blank twist. By eliminating twists and preventing the blank from losing its round form, Braiding X allows thinner blanks to be made, and a lighter, more dynamic rod to be created.
