The new tactical Ranger Ballistic Reticle Rifle Scope is great in low light conditions and comes with a ballistic reticle for quick and easy holdover when shooting at long ranges. The reticle also has windage lines for 10mph wind shifts as well as mil dot markings for range estimation.

Ballistic Reticles
Ballistic, or BDC reticles are designed to compensate for the effect of bullet drop due to gravity as the bullet travels through the air from the rifle towards your target. By making certain calculations based on target distance and ammunition type, and using a ballistic chart formulated specifically for the riflescope that you are using, the extra marks along the bottom crosshair post on ballistic reticles allow you to accurately line up your shot whilst taking bullet drop into account.
