Target Snapper Hooks
When fishing using long lines, kite or kontiki fitted with traditional long line hooks, there's a high chance you may catch and need to release undersized Snapper. Unfortunately, a high percentage of those undersized fish will swallow your hook and are killed and wasted. The Nacsan Target Snapper Hooks are fitted with a stainless steel wire appendage that protrudes backwards behind the shank of the hook. The wire is also secured with a lumo sleeve for added visibility. This simple, yet effective solution prevents gut hooking undersized fish, allowing you to release them back to the water safely.
