The oversized bib not only aids in getting this lure down to a depth of over 20 feet, but also helps reduce snagging. Dr Evil is perfectly sized to attract strikes from both large and small predators, and makes for a superb trolling lure when targetting Snapper, Kahawai, Trevally, Tuna and other predators.
