APR stands for All-Purpose Reticle, and thats the concept behind the design of the APR C and D variants. The C is the clean, or simpler of the two, with fewer markings than the D variant. The fine centre dot provides a precise aim point, and hash marks at 1, 2 and 4 MOA allow for elevation and wind holds.
