Reset the factory combination:
- Rotate the dials to the current unlock code. Factory default is 0-0-0
- Make sure the locking lever is switched down into lock mode
- Using ballpoint pen or similar, press and hold in the reset button on the side of the lock
- Whilst keeping the reset button pressed in, rotate the dials to the new code combination and then release the reset button. The new code should now be set
