The second generation PENN Fathom II 15 Star Drag CS Overhead Reel now comes with added features to make it more angler friendly than ever. Built with a rigid metal frame and sideplates to keep precise gear alignment under heavy loads. With fast gear access sideplate, you can easily service the gears and the HT-100 drag system quickly and efficiently. The PENN live spindle design allows both the spool and spindle to rotate independently from the drive train and frame thereby reducing friction during free spool and eliminating binding during the retrieve. Simply put, this reel offers the reliability you want and need on the water.

- Machine-cut marine grade bronze main gear with hardened stainless steel pinion
