The Nylon Mono Cast Net is an American Style Cast net that features drawstrings at the bottom, 6 panels, and extra leads which ensures that it sinks faster to the bottom. Great for catching good quantities of bait fish to keep your supply constantly replenished.
Basic Cast Net Structure:
- Swivel: 2 metal loops or rings attached together, that turn at both ends.
- Handline: a rope that is attached to the swivel on one end, with the other end attached to the caster's wrist.
- Lead Line: a rope with sinkers attached. This rope is at the outside perimeter of the net to sink it.
- Netting: made from nylon multifilament or monofilament to form the desired mesh.
