Not your typical nylon line
Most nylon will absorb water through microscopic pores in the surface of the line, so when the line dries the salt is left in the line creating a milky look. This results in hardening of the line and ends up giving it a rough texture.
Sunline products are manufactured using a water repellent resin processing which produces a stronger, smoother, longer lasting fishing line. Sunline Tapered Monofilament is an ideal line and leader for surfcasting. The line gradually tapers up from 0.33mm or 0.37mm line to 0.57mm over a 20m length, to give a seamless transition from main line to heavy leader at the business end of your line.
