J-B Weld Wood Restore Repair Putty provides a permanent repair to damaged and rotted wood. J-B Wood Filler's professional strength formula is ideal for interior and exterior wood projects. Use to fill in small cracks or large holes. It provides a hard workable surface in 15 minutes. Will not shrink, crack or split. Can be shaped, sanded, drilled, carved, screwed and painted. Ideal for rebuilding frames, securing joints or anchoring screws.
J-B Weld Wood Restore Repair Putty Features:

Instructions:
- Prepare: Clean surface area of dirt, grease, oil, paint or loose debris. Remove paint and primer before applying. If wood is rotted or soft, remove loose material and apply J-B Wood Hardener to strengthen wood fibers to seal.
- Place a golf ball size of wood filler onto a mixing board and squeeze into it a 3/4 inch line of hardener.
- Mix: Mix thoroughly. Apply immediately with appropriate tool in thin layers until the gap is filled.
- Dry: Work quickly since the mixture will set in about 10 minutes at room temperature.You can begin to carve and shape in 20 minutes and sand, plane or file in 30. Tools and hands can be cleaned with acetone prior to filler hardening.
