The Sierra MP41040 Switch Ignition is designed to provide maximum corrosion protection, eliminating oxidation and ensuring long-lasting durability. Made from high-quality polyester material with an inner seal between the cylinder lock and contact plate, this switch is built to withstand even the toughest marine environments.
The non-conductive housing of the Sierra MP41040 Switch Ignition eliminates potential shorts, providing added safety and peace of mind. With a 20 Amp rating and 2, 3, and 4 position switches, this ignition switch is versatile enough to meet all your needs. It also features switches for both magneto and conventional ignitions, making it the perfect choice for any type of boat.
It comes with a knurled black plastic face nut with a rubber cap and a brass back up nut. The Sierra MP41040 Switch Ignition is rated for accessory use at 15 Amps @ 12v DC, ignition use at 15 Amps @ 12v DC, and solenoid use at 30 Amps @ 12v DC. It also features a 4 screw tab terminal type. With switch positions for Acc - Off - Run - Start, the Sierra MP41040 Switch Ignition is easy to use and perfect for any boater.
