Shunts are required when using both analogue and digital ammeters.
To use the BEP Ammeter Shunt 50A 50MV, the main
negative supply wire is cut and shunt is inserted in line. Type (A)
mini shunts are used with analogue meters and type (B) with the
digital meters. All rated at 50mv for full scale deflection.
