User friendly windlass control
The CruzPro CH-60 Intelligent Windlass Controller / Chain Counter tells you how much chain you have let out. It slows your windlass when the anchor approaches the bow roller and can automatically back-jog the chain a few links to remove tension off the capstan and gearbox. You can display deployed rode or windlass battery voltage. An auto up/down feature can be programmed to automatically deploy or retrieve a fixed amount of chain. A simple calibration procedure will have you up and running quickly.
CruzPro CH-60 Intelligent Windlass Controller / Chain Counter Features:
- Displays how much chain you have let out in feet, meters or fathoms
- Automatically slow your windlass when the anchor gets within 5 feet of the bow roller to prevent nasty bumps and scrapes
- Slow-down feature proportional to distance remaining
- Hands-off Auto UP/DOWN
- Works over a wide operating voltage range from 6.5 to 33 VDC and can be used to control 12 or 24 VDC winches
- Calibrations can be altered over a wide range using the front-panel switches
